Savage .260 Rem

This is great shooting rifle, and it was very quick and easy to work up sub-0.5moa loads it. But it's just time to be honest with myself about what I actually shoot... if it's not 30-caliber, 7mm, or .223/5.56mm, it's just going to sit here and collect dust (beyond the initial load development).

The rifle is a Savage 110 Predator, with a 24", 1:8" twist, heavy fluted barrel with 5/8"-24 muzzle threads. It wears a single port Silencerco ASR brake on the end of the barrel. It will come with the original box and several different comb heights to choose from and several spacers to adjust the length of pull to fit you. It has only been fired 68 times for load development. MossyOak Terra is the camo pattern, and I upgraded the bolt from a round knob to a large knurled cylindrical knob.

The scope is a Vortex Viper HS LR 6-24x50mm with Vortex's first focal plane XLR moa reticle (Christmas tree style). Includes original box & accessories. The camo athletic tape has a very mild adhesive, and it will peel off without leaving any residue.

The rifle is $850 or subtract $50 to replace the ASR brake with a thread protector (it's available online in several places, usually for about $875 +/-, then add shipping, sales tax, and local FFL transfer fees). The scope with Leupold rings is an additional $600.

I also have 100 primed brass, a set of Lee dies, and 1,200 6.5mm 140gr bullets that I won't need after this rifle is sold. I am waiting until after it sells to list them, but any or all of them can be bought along with this rifle too.

(with recently enacted ATF rule changes that come into effect in 30 days, this may not be available after May 11th, or it may require the additional cost of a background check through a local dealer)
