We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Groundskeeper/Lawn Maintenance worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and health of our outdoor spaces, ensuring they are clean, safe, and visually appealing. Duties include mowing, edging, trimming, watering, fertilizing, and general landscaping tasks. The Groundskeeper/Lawn Maintenance worker will also be responsible for identifying and addressing issues such as pest infestations, disease, and irrigation problems.

*Responsibilities:**

Perform routine lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming

Monitor and maintain irrigation systems

Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides as needed

Remove weeds, debris, and litter from outdoor areas

Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees

Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools

Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times

Painting and other maintenance duties

Assisting front office attendant with cleaning bathrooms and laundry room

Qualifications:

Previous experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or lawn maintenance preferred

Knowledge of lawn care techniques, equipment, and materials

Ability to operate landscaping tools and machinery safely and efficiently

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that require bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods

Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if applicable)
