Lamaze childbirth education class

Are you pregnant for the first time and nervous about your upcoming birth? Or are you a second (third, or fourth) time parent and not happy with how your last birth experiences went? Did you have a c-section for your last birth and are curious about experiencing a vaginal birth for your next one?

My name is Kathy Paul. I am a local birth doula and childbirth educator. I support families in having shorter labors, lessen the likelihood of needing an epidural, increase the odds of having a vaginal birth, and help them have more pleasurable birth experiences! I also offer Lamaze childbirth prep class, which helps families become more confident in their birthing journey by learning about and practicing different comfort measures and labor positions. Class size is small and intimate, so there are lots of opportunities for asking questions and discussion. We do lots of learning and laughing together with engaging activities.
