One slide, rear kitchen, front bedroom w/queen sized bed. 28'8" long X 11'11" high. 6747# dry wt., 2913# capacity, 41 gal. fresh water, 28 gal. black water, 56 gal. grey water tanks. Two 30# propane tanks. Upgraded aftermarket load range E (10 ply) tires. The inside has a large shower, separate toilet and lots of closet and kitchen storage space. The living room has a dinette, fold out sofa w/air mattress and 2 recliners to watch the new 43" Visio TV that is plugged into the AM/FM/DVD stereo. There is another 24" TV in the bedroom. The kitchen has a large gas/electric fridge, self-igniting 6 gal. water heater, double sink, 3 burner stove w/oven and a microwave. There is also an outside fold down grill and sink so you can cook and wash up outside the camper. The outside decals are peeling but the camper is solid with no leaks. The electric awning was installed new in 2023 and has never been used. All the roof vent covers were replaced in 2023 too. I had Riverwood RV check the plumbing for leaks last year and there were none. They also checked the rubber roof for leaks and found none. I added a 2" receiver hitch and a 4 wire flat plug so I could tow a boat or trailer and installed a forward and rear view mirror camera with SD recording.
