Seasonal Summer Jobs

Your Morton County Soil Conservation is looking for some seasonal help for this upcoming spring!

1.) Tractor Operator

We are in search of a new Tractor Operator for our summer Tree crew. This position involves operating heavy equipment in the form of our Case 75c Tractor. You will also be involved with helping the crew get ready for the day of planting. This will include loading trees from the coolers onto the trailers, watering trees before leaving for the day, and other daily tasks. Tractor operating experience preferred.

2.) Tree Crew

We are in search of additional members of our tree crew. This position will be involved with planting trees and laying weed barrier fabric. You will also be involved with the daily tasks of watering and loading trees. No experience is needed and if you have none there will be on the job training.

Both positions will receive full time seasonal hours. We will work Monday through Friday, starting at 7 a.m. and end time being a day to day decision. There will be opportunity for overtime. Both positions will be in the range of pay listed. We are based out of our office in Mandan at 2540 Overlook Lane.
