2013 Load-Runner Toy Hauler

I have a 2013 Load-Runner 14 foot enclosed trailer that has been converted to a toy hauler for sale. We built this trailer in July of 2021 to stay in while were in Sturgis for 2 weeks every year. It is set up with an RV style electrical plug on the outside to provide power inside and outside the trailer. I have multiple outlets wired inside and outside. We also installed an air conditioning unit in the trailer. The air conditioner will keep it around 70 degrees when its 100 plus outside. To heat the trailer we have used a space heater, and that did a good job heating the trailer in 2021 when we used the trailer for moose hunting.

The trailer has custom cabinets built into the front corner of it, and functioning windows on each side of the trailer. The ceiling and walls have been insulted with foam board. I built an adjustable Queen sized bed frame that you can lift to the ceiling and pin at 1 foot increments so that we could sleep above our motorcycles in the event of a storm. You can fit two fully dressed baggers in it or a bagger and 2 other motorcycles without issue.

The walls have been painted and trimmed with house trim. We put an LED light strip around the entire perimeter of the ceiling for lighting. The trailer has 4 new tires and has been gone through from top to bottom. It has been sealed up really well to keep dust and rain out.

No expense was spared on this build as my wife and I live out of it for 2 weeks a year. The only thing missing in this trailer is running water.

It is the perfect trailer for Sturgis or hunting. The only reason we are selling it is because we bring 4 or more bikes to Sturgis now to show and we have outgrown it. It has always been stored inside on a cement floor when not in use.
