Up for grabs is a 1990 Toyota Celica GT with 181,7XX miles.
It is on its second motor and transmission though I am not sure what donor vehicle they were out of. I believe it currently has a 3FSE in it with an automatic transmission behind it. It came from factory with a 5SFE but for some reason previous owners swapped it.
The car runs fantastic, and I've driven it all over the state with no issues.
Cosmetically the car isn't great. I used it as a work car, though I didn't beat the hell out of it. The body work shows some age, as well as the paint. The interior isn't great either, though the A/C works decently, and the heater works great.
Gets about 25-30mpg.
Mechanically, the car seems sound. I haven't seen any fluid leaks of any kind, and I've driven it for about a year. I am only selling as I recently bought something newer and have too many vehicles to justify. Under my ownership, the oil was changed every 3,000 miles with full synthetic oil, and Wix filters.
Known issues:
Radio doesn't work
Brights work when they want to (Low beams work perfectly).
Fuel Guage doesnt work. (I use the trip meter to gauge fueling)
Speedometer is about 3-5 mph fast.
It would make a great work car for someone else looking to save miles on something nicer, or a good car to beat around town with.
I have some extra body parts available as well, including a spare set of headlights, both doors, and I believe both front quarter panels. I also have a set of decent looking aftermarket rims that would look nice polished. The rims fit in the trunk, but the other items would require a pickup bed or trailer. If you want em, they're yours.ACAC
