6 month female puppy

Pit/lab cross - Vaccinated / not fixed / only needs work on potty training - mainly in her kennel. She knows she isnt suppose to potty inside. Its my BFs dog and he works 2 weeks away from home each month, and he wont help with training .. Im currently almost 27 weeks pregnant , cannot keep up with 4 dogs and a 12 month baby.
