Brittany Spaniel mix

I have a 3 year old Brittany mix, hes a good dog, housebroken. Friendly. Needs to be on a leash or fenced in yard as he will run off. If he sees something moving he will chase it. He does bark a lot as what I hear from my neighbors when Im gone for work. He has his rabies shot as what his last owner said. They drove over the road trucking so they unfortunately cant take him back. I have to find him a new home as some of my neighbors arent liking the barking and I cant afford to get a complaint from the city. Ive had him for 3 months. I just want to find him a good home where he has room to run since he has the energy to do so. Maybe someone out in the country - he can chase his birds or whatever he sees and wont have complaining neighbors like mine. I am just asking for a rehoming fee of $50.

He gets along with other dogs and kids. Not sure about cats.
