Has aftermarket front bumper

Needs mechanical work. After replacing the crank position sensor and the batteries, the truck went into security protection mode.

I can't get it out of the security protection mode. I had truck at a local shop and they able to bypass the security protection mode but then it returned. I have too many other projects to do and no longer have time to figure out the problem.
