We are professional, working class people looking to retire on a minimum of 5 acres now (would consider 2-3 acres depending on the property) and/or more later if the seller is interested.

Looking for land with or without a house, buildings, established trees, or utilities. Open to options that are beneficial to seller and buyer.

If you have contacted us before, please do so again, unless you are asking $20,000 an acre, of which we will have to kindly decline your offer.

We are willing to accommodate variable timelines to acquire the property if need be. Again, we are willing to work with the seller for the right property.

WHO - established professional, working class people w/ excellent credit and no criminal background - references available upon request looking for the right piece of land to retire on.

WHAT - looking for 5+ acreage (maybe a little less depending on the property) and / or more later depending on seller's needs.

WHEN - would like to enter into a purchase agreement within the next 9 - 12 months - we are flexible.

WHERE - preferred area around NE Bismarck / close to the Burleigh County Shop / I-94 corridor- will also consider other locations around the Bismarck area including the Sterling area. Would like to stay outside Bismarck, but will consider 20-25 mile max radius from Bismarck too.
