Yanish Home Solutions is seeking skilled and detailed-oriented Carpenters and laborers. The ideal candidates will have experience in working with cabinets, window and door installation and doing finish work. This role requires strong craftsmanship, precision and an understanding of codes and safety standards. This is a full time position. Work hours may vary based on project needs, with overtime as needed. Home most nights

Key Responsibilities:

Install and repair framing as needed, structures and a fixture such as windows , doors and cabinets

Install cabinets, molding and finish work in homes.

Ensure all work is done in compliance with safety regulations

Conduct inspections of finished products to ensure quality and completeness

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a carpenter or similar role in the construction industry

In depth knowledge of techniques, tools and materials

Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication skills and ability to work as a team member

Valid drives license
