Spacious pick up box Camper featuring a queen size bed up in the nose and a couch that folds down into a twin. Over sized A/C unit that is guaranteed to cool you off on those warm days. Furnace and stove work as well. Has a working fridge with freezer. Has a bathroom with a shower / toilet combo and a detached sink and vanity.

Recently replaced all lights to LED inside and outside. Exterior fixtures have also been replaced due to age and wear. Water heater board was replaced and working.
