248000ish miles- runs and drives fine but is a bit cold blooded

We have owned since 2016 and put in new plugs, wires, and batteries, but otherwise no other repairs or major issues since then and has been a very good pickup to me. It went from a daily driver to rarely driven.

I believe it has a a 3" lift.

All necessities work- no check engine light on

Cracked windshield

Cracked mirrors

Broken passenger interior door handle

Ac does not work (have never looked into it)

Exhaust leak- very loud

Typical rust, scratches, other cosmetic issues for an older farm pickup.
