Around the end of June or beginning July when I will release possession. I am looking for interested buyers now as I could lock in the price for you with earnest money down. Interest rates are finally stabilizing and hopefully go lower by that time and locking in the price now will benefit you in case of house prices increasing because of possible interest rate lowering.
