2006 FORD TAURUS

This is a cheap little commuter car with the reliable 3.0L V6 engine, automatic transmission, front wheel drive, and 168k miles on the odometer. Its in decent shape overall and the miles are reasonable for the age and price point. Engine starts right up and runs smooth with good power. No warning lights, shifts as it should, heater works well, ride is comfortable. Brake pedal feels a little soft. Car seems to stop fine and the fluid looks good but the pedal feels like it has more travel than normal. Could be some air in the lines or a seal in the master cylinder. Interior is pretty typical for one of these cars with cloth seating for 5. Power windows and locks. Exterior has some rust at the rockers and rear fenderwells. Tires have good tread all the way around. Itll get you where you need to go and its the cheapest car on the lot. $1450 takes it home.
