Ranch/Farm Hand Wanted

We are seeking a ranch/farm hand on a family farm in north central South Dakota. Your main duties will be to assist in the daily tasks including (but not limited to) feeding, fencing, calving, general cattle care/doctoring, running and maintaining farm equipment and the ability to drive a semi/truck. We do NOT use horses but use ATVs and UTVs (with cab and heat). Horses are welcome and can be discussed.

The ideal candidate for this job:

*Works well alone and with others

*Is a self-starter with strong work ethics

*Has good communication skills

*Must have a valid drivers license

*CDL or the ability/willingness to obtain a CDL is a plus

*Mechanical knowledge is a plus

*Can live happily in a remote area

Pay is based on experience and skill and may be negotiable.

Housing can be provided.

Please note this farm/ranch is a rural location with small town amenities nearby (grocery store, school, churches, clinic, bank, cafe) with the nearest "large" city approximately 100 miles away. Very close to the Missouri River with great hunting, fishing and other water recreation.
