*Very nice, clean, well kept, well cared for camper. Has been stored inside every winter except for this last one. No leaks.

*This is the perfect family camper, as it has a separate bunk house in the back of the camper that sleeps 3-4, dinette table folds down, and bunk beds. LOTS of storage. Folding door for closure and privacy.

*Bathroom has a nice tub with shower which is handy for the littles to take a bath. Bathroom is big enough where you can actually move around comfortably and not have to pee with one foot in the tub and the other in the hallway, lol.

*Dining room table folds down to

sleep and the couch pulls out to sleep two.

*Master bedroom has a newer queens sleep number bed.

*Outdoor awning which has attachments to make a screened in porch.
