2016 Georgetown 364TS

Motorhome is in good shape. Upgraded LED lighting on the interior. Brand new tires all the way around. Replaced all safety features smoke alarms and CO2 alarms last year. Everything works great as it should. Low miles on the motorhome. Never have had any problems with it. Always fixing items as they come up.

Things wrong with motorhome:

- The seats do have peeling to the material

- there is cracking from a storm in rear panel. All cosmetic.

- the floor in the rear was peeling when I purchased it. I used tape to hold down.

There are 2 full bathrooms with 2 water heaters to run and two pumps. They work together so you get 12 gallons of hot water per shower.
